Returns & Refunds Policy

At Halo Fresh, each product is made to order. This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dislike of the product. Please ensure you check our size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. If this happens:
- Contact us at Halofresh.co+shopify@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
- We will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Returns Process:
- If the fault is confirmed, we will handle the replacement process with our printing partner.
- You may be asked to return the faulty item before a replacement is sent.
- We do not refund original shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, Halo Fresh will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or colour ordered
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
Order Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
