Shipping policy

At Halo Fresh, all products are made to order through our printing partner. This allows us to offer unique, high-quality designs — but it also means production and shipping times may vary.
Production Time
- Orders are sent to production within 12 hours of purchase.
- Typical production time: 2–5 business days (may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or due to stock availability).
- We will notify you if production is delayed beyond 10 business days and offer the option to wait or cancel for a full refund. (Required under ACL for “major delay” situations.)

- Standard: 5–10 business days after production
New Zealand 🇳🇿
- Standard: 7–15 business days after production
United States 🇺🇸 & Canada 🇨🇦
- Standard: 5–12 business days after production
Europe 🇪🇺
- Standard: 7–15 business days after production
Rest of World 🌍
- Standard: 10–20 business days after production
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Customs & Import Taxes
(International Orders)
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s border control.
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
- Refusal to pay these fees may result in your order being returned to us. In this case, we can refund the product cost (minus shipping) once returned in resaleable condition.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
- If your order has not arrived 30 days after shipping (or 45 days for some international destinations), please contact us at halofresh.co+shopify@gmail.com so we can investigate.
- If tracking confirms an order as “Delivered,” we are not responsible for replacing items lost or stolen after delivery.
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund in line with ACL requirements.
Incorrect Address
- Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur re-shipping costs.
Legal & Consumer Rights
- This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
- For Australian customers, if your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly delayed, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as applicable under the ACL.
- For international customers, we will comply with applicable consumer protection laws in your country where required
